Required Reports and Schedule of Payments
A mid-term progress report (usually due at the end of January) and final narrative and fiscal reports (due by July 31st) are required from grant recipients. Reports should be submitted in a timely fashion since they trigger award payments.
Payments will be made as follows:
- 50% of the award amount is paid following acceptance of the award by the recipient,
- up to 40% of the award amount is paid in increments as the recipient expends funds and submits forms for additional payments,
- the final 10% of the award amount is paid at the end of the project following receipt by DHP of satisfactory final reports.
