Final Report Signoff
The Final Report Signoff is required when submitting the Final Report Narrative.
- The Final Report Signoff is accessible from the drop-down menu under Post-Grant Award Forms and from the Checklist page.
- Print out either the HTML or the PDF version of the form when needed, then sign and date the form.
- Scan the signed form, and save the scanned image on your desktop. Upload the image to the eGrants System using the “Add a Document” link. Please see the instructions in the Grant Application Guide.
Note: Failure to submit the Final Report Signoff will prevent us from closing out your project.
