Final Report Signoff

The Final Report Signoff is required when submitting the Final Report Narrative.

  1. The Final Report Signoff is accessible from the drop-down menu under Post-Grant Award Forms and from the Checklist page.
  2. Print out either the HTML or the PDF version of the form when needed, then sign and date the form.
  3. Scan the signed form, and save the scanned image on your desktop. Upload the image to the eGrants System using the “Add a Document” link. Please see the instructions in the Grant Application Guide.

Note: Failure to submit the Final Report Signoff will prevent us from closing out your project.
