Final Statistical Report

1. Select Final Statistical Report from the Checklist page or from the drop-down menu under Post-Grant Award Forms. If your application is funded, you must complete the Final Statistical Report at the conclusion of the project.
2. You will have read-only access to the Final Statistical Report once you click “Submit.”
