Applications must be postmarked by January 15, 2014. Proposals will be reviewed by a panel of scholars and archivists familiar with the New York State Archives and its holdings. Decisions will be made by May 15, 2014.

The General Application should be used by academic historians, graduate students, independent researchers, and writers.- To print an application form:
