ONE TIME DONATION

I want to make a one-time unrestricted donation to the Trust's Annual Fund.  


RECURRING DONATION

*I want to make a recurring unrestricted donation to the Trust's Annual Fund.

(If you select this option, you will be registering to make a credit card donation every month or 3 months. After you complete this initial donation, future donations will be charged automatically to your credit card. For example, if you choose to make a recurring monthly donation of $5.00, your next donation of $5.00 will be automatically charged to your card the following month from today).


 

*Your recurring gift will continue to be charged for one year or until you inform us otherwise.

You can cancel your recurring gift at anytime by contacting the Archives Partnership Trust at:

IMPORTANT:  If you are looking to make a gift for the 2011 tax year, please note that December 31st falls on Saturday this year. Therefore, you will need to note:

1.  Donations by mail need to be postmarked by December 31, 2011. 

2.  If you want to phone in a credit card gift, the Trust office will be open on Friday December 30th from 9:00am until 12:00pm.  The Trust office will be closed on Saturday, December 31st. 

3.  Online donation (www.nysarchivestrust.org) transactions must be completed before midnight on December 31st.
