ONE TIME DONATION

I want to make a one-time unrestricted donation to the Trust's Annual Fund.  


RECURRING DONATION

*I want to make a recurring unrestricted donation to the Trust's Annual Fund.

If you select this option, you will be registering to make a credit card donation every month or quarterly (every 3 months). After you complete this initial donation, future donations will be charged automatically to your credit card. For example, if you choose to make a recurring monthly donation of $5.00, your next donation of $5.00 will be automatically charged to your card the following month from today.

For Tax Purposes: You will receive one receipt of your donations for the calendar year on or about January 15.


 

*Your recurring gift will continue to be charged for one year or until you inform us otherwise.

You can cancel your recurring gift at anytime by contacting the Archives Partnership Trust at:

IMPORTANT:  If you are looking to make a gift for the 2013 tax year:

1.  Checks by mail need to be postmarked by Tuesday, December 31, 2013. 

2.  If you want to phone in a credit card gift, the Trust office will be open on Tuesday, December 31th from 9:00am until 12:00pm. 

3.  Online donation (www.nysarchivestrust.org) transactions must be completed before midnight Easterm Time on December 31st.
