As local government Records Management Officers, you are responsible for protecting the records and information of your organization. 

Many New York local governments have either small IT departments or are relying on IT vendors to manage their computer systems.  As such it is important for the RMO to be aware of cyber security risks, understand what cyber security threats and vulnerabilities exist and help their organization take the appropriate steps to protect their organization’s records and information.

This webinar will discuss the types of incidents that may befall local governments and provide tips for helping to make your local government safer.
