Investigations

Section 6 of the State Executive Law (Moreland Act) authorizes the governor to examine and investigate the management and affairs of any department, board, bureau, or commission of the state. This section contains research, investigative, and hearing records of commissions established under the authority of the Moreland Act or by order of the governor.
