Public Relations and Communications
Records in this section document the governor’s duty, as provided in Article IV, Section 3 of the state constitution, to communicate by message to the legislature at every session the condition of the state and recommend such matters to it as he or she shall judge expedient. The records also include press releases, proclamations, speeches, and audiovisual documentation of public events in which the governor communicates with the public.
